Release / Running Clouds – Album Launch & Listening Exhibition at Zwitschermaschine

The “Running Clouds” EP is out now. The listening exhibition and launch evening transformed @zwitschermashine Berlin into a spatial extension of the record.

Throughout the weekend, the gallery functioned as a listening and release environment:
glass-mounted shakers transmitted the EP through the architecture itself, turning the windows into resonant membranes and allowing passersby outside to listen to the album directly through the glass;

three dedicated listening stations offered intimate encounters with the five tracks;

a live stage activated the space for the release concert;

an EP merch desk presented the limited cassette edition within the room.

Alongside the sound, an installation of printed cards traced the often invisible production process behind an independent release, featuring excerpts from emails with collaborators across artwork, production and distribution. The correspondence became part of the exhibition, revealing the network of labor and exchange that shapes a record before it reaches the listener.
